Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
At Anna Michelle Designs, we strive to deliver products of the finest quality. We understand that certain circumstances may require a return or exchange. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines.
Delivery: We deliver across the United Kingdom only
When we receive your order, we process and dispatch it within 1-2 working days, and try our best to deliver within 2-3 days.
Once the order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can coordinate delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or does not match the order specifications.
- Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
1.2 Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Products showing signs of wear and tear due to usage.
1.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
2. Timeframe for Returns
2.1 For damaged or wrong products, the customers must raise a return request within 07 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
2.2 For non-defective or damaged products, return is accepted within 30 days.

3. Exchange Policy
3.1 Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If an exchange is required.
3.2 Anna Michelle Designs will ship the replacement product free of charge, subject to stock availability. If the product is no longer available, a refund will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds are processed only for:
- Damaged or defective products when a replacement is not feasible.
- Orders cancelled by Anna Michelle due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
4.3 In cases where a return is approved but a replacement is not requested, the refund amount will exclude shipping fees
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items or discounted products.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or platforms.
6. Return Shipping
6.1 Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed for return shipping. Anna Michelle is not responsible for any damage incurred during return transit due to improper packaging.
6.2 In case of a return due to damage or defect, Anna Michelle will arrange a pickup at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us
at info@annamichelledesigns.com. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed
7.2 Anna Michelle Designs reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen
circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued
